For those of you in the know, Cowering's Good Tools are simply the best for renaming all of your console roms. Not that you need it that bad cause of course you own all the carts ;)

So in honour of Cowering, relentless identifier of every dump out there (including, the bad dumps, alts etc for the anal-retentive in you) I'll be mirroring all of his excellent util's here for your convenience.

For those who don't want to bother with crusty old Dos commands, the cool Good Windows Frontend by Master Of Puppets is also available for your downloading pleasure.
